How to make the perfect matcha latte
Create, Care, Love
You can get really creative with all these matcha recipes. But as with everything in life, it’s all about the foundation, the basics. At Nagi, we love the simple things: a matcha latte that is pure and made with love. Just as it is.
CREATE
How to create your Nagi ritual at home:
• Use a bamboo spoon to sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
• Add 50ml of hot water (max 80°C) and whisk mindfully until frothy.
• Pour matcha into a cup and add foamed milk to taste (we love coconut milk).
For iced matcha: pour over ice and add cold milk.
CARE
To keep your matcha fresh:
• Seal your package to prevent air and moisture exposure.
• Store matcha in the fridge.
• Finish within 30 days of opening for best flavour and colour.
LOVE
Take a moment to pause, sip, and appreciate the little wonders of life.
