Our purpose

One that is organic, a single origin cultivar and only made with first flush leaves. Resulting in a velvety bright matcha that is complex, umami, and sweet, with a subtle hint of bitterness. From farm to cup

This is where Nagi is produced. A small family-run farm on the foothills of the Uji mountain. Their farm has been passed on from generation to generation. They are true matcha wizards, and the most welcoming, humble and dedicated people.

They put all their love and care in the entire process, making sure you can sip your favorite cup of matcha on the daily.

Behind the brand

Nagi matcha was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our founder is long time matcha lover, holistic health coach and pilates teacher; Fleur. From a tiny island in the Caribbean. A curious and lighthearted spirit, taking in all life’s little wonders.

She moved away from a career in the corporate world, as her heart was longing for something, not sure of what that something was. As long as she can remember health and wellbeing inspired and moved her. Through yoga she opened up to a more holistic approach to wellbeing. With meditation, journalling and yoga as daily practices she was inspired to followed her heart. From that place Nagi was created.

She hopes matcha will bring you balance and clarity wherever you are on your journey, supporting you in all life’s little moments.
