Shipping Policy

We will take care of shipping out your order from our warehouse in Amsterdam to the postal service within one business day. How long it takes for you to have your nagi order in your hands varies depending on your location. You can check this here.

You will be able to track your package with the Track & Trace code that is sent to your email after your package has been sent out for shipment.

Shipping costs may be calculated based on your location and order size.

Currently we ship to the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.



Return Policy

We will do our best to sort it for you as soon as possible.

Please be mindful of the following returns and refund policy:

• You are able to return your order within 14 days from the purchase date and receive a full refund for the price of the returned item.

• We can only accept returns if the product you are returning is unopened and in the same condition as you’ve received it.

• The return costs are on you.

• Taking care of the return process (posting, shipping, etc.) is also your own responsibility and at your own risk. We advise you to use a track & trace shipping method.
