We will take care of shipping out your order from our warehouse in Amsterdam to the postal service within one business day. How long it takes for you to have your nagi order in your hands varies depending on your location. You can check this here.

You will be able to track your package with the Track & Trace code that is sent to your email after your package has been sent out for shipment.

Shipping costs may be calculated based on your location and order size.

Currently we ship to the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Additional Policy for Shipping to the United Kingdom

For orders shipping to the United Kingdom:

• Orders up to £135: UK VAT is included in your checkout price; you will not pay any additional fees upon delivery.

• Orders over £135: These orders may be subject to import VAT and/or customs duties, which will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

Please note that these charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• You are able to return your order within 14 days from the purchase date and receive a full refund for the price of the returned item.

• Taking care of the return process (posting, shipping, etc.) is also your own responsibility and at your own risk. We advise you to use a track & trace shipping method.
